question on grams
Hello , New here. I was going to have a corn on the cob large about 8 in. one said it was 80 calories and if weighed in grams the same is 245 calories. I weighed it in grams it was 300 grams. big difference. I was looking at the how to weigh food and most say weigh in gr. it is more true #. I want to go with the 80 cal. Ha…
