This sounds more like the new Weight Watchers program. No sugar/carbs, and if you do you are going to pay for it with points. I 'm new too. I was at 1300 . Felt hungry a lot . I went in and changed my loss to 1.5 lbs a week or 1 lbs. I now get 1690. Some days I don't eat all that . I like it better. you can try the change and see if you like it. good luck

I have a date truffle.. Put 2 cups dates in a blender with 1/4 cup raw walnuts , tsp of vanilla 2 tab. cocoa non sweet. blend together till it becomes a past . take a tsp. of the date mixture, and roll it in your hand to form a small ball. it is natural, sweet and does the trick . California dates are only 20 cal. each .
