Hello everyone this is my first time using the app. I hope i make new friends here. Hopefully i meet other pinoys on a weight loss journey like me.
I started eating less on Monday and i always feel hungry. Any food or recipes that can make me feel fuller longer.
Is it unhealthy I am so obsessed with my weight that i weigh myself after every meal? I lost around 7 lbs already but I'm always disappointed everytime I weigh myself. I also know that weight loss won't happen over night. Any tips to over come this?
My goal is to lose 40 lbs. and it is really hard since my family have no support and does not believe i can do it. I also have very limited friends. some one to talk to about this whoke thing would be really nice.
