Im kind of thinking i should weigh my self around once a month. I mean i can see results, for example i have a pair of shorts that did not fit me 2 weeks ago now i need a belt when i wear them. I read somewhere that if you weigh yourself all the time you would lose weight slower.

Thank you! Im a student so its kind of hard for me to find healthy low calorie foods and my family have no support for me and they always gorge on junk food. Maybe i will buy apples and bananas for now since those are more affordable for me.
