Is it unhealthy I am so obsessed with my weight that i weigh myself after every meal? I lost around 7 lbs already but I'm always disappointed everytime I weigh myself. I also know that weight loss won't happen over night. Any tips to over come this?

    Yes.

Why would you weigh yourself after every meal? You know food has weight and so do the drinks you're drinking. Your body weight fluctuates alot throughout the day. Also don't forget you'll probably see water weight during ovulation and your period as well. And if you have more sodium or carbs than normal, get a sunburn or injury, workout more, etc...

Weigh yourself at most once a day. Most people weigh first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom and before eating.

Im kind of thinking i should weigh my self around once a month. I mean i can see results, for example i have a pair of shorts that did not fit me 2 weeks ago now i need a belt when i wear them. I read somewhere that if you weigh yourself all the time you would lose weight slower.

No, you don't lose slower by weighing often. That's hooey. By weighing daily it becomes easier to recognize patterns and fluctuations. Some people weigh weekly and monthly. If that works for you, great. But don't weigh yourself multiple times a day.

Nothing worked long term in my first 63 years thinking about my weight. It was when I stopped trying to lose weight and only focused on eating for better health that the weight slipped off without thinking about it. In your case you have time to get it right based on your photo. Google can be your friend to get at the science behind our weight levels. Best of success.
