I have found that for over a year or so that all the 400m and 800m intervals in the world have not made me any fitter or made me able to run a faster 5 and 10 k yet the second i stop busting my guts and switch to very long slow runs only ive bested my 5k time by 5 mins and 10k by nearly 10…
