I have done really well so far, noting down my foods and exercise but slowly with December approaching and winter feeing cold and wanting hot foods, sweet foods and I've just been snacking on Christmas treats. Chocolate, candy/sweets the works (as well as eating more of everything else i cut back on).…
So I have lost 15-16 pounds since April this year, and I was doing really well until we had some major life changes. Anyway I'm wanting to get back on the wagon but for some reason I can't. I just forget to eat healthy and I don't have the same motivation as I used to have, nor the same routine as everything has changed…
