Planning makes everything so much easier! Just have to try and keep it going. Have planned lunch today and know what i'll have to dinner but that'll be quite late after yoga, so have to resist the temptation to go 'oh sod it, let's have a slice of toast'. Building on a good day yesterday
Kept on track yesterday, wasn't hungry, ate well and enjoyed my food. So a win all round. Have planned all meals for today and am going to my dance class this evening. Aim is to continue to drink more water today - never good at that, but I've started well!

Joining in - not just tracking food
Normally I just track food and exercise - when I know I've been good mainly - which is really just cheating. Decided I need to approach it differently this time.
