Joining in - not just tracking food

Normally I just track food and exercise - when I know I've been good mainly - which is really just cheating.
Decided I need to approach it differently this time. More lifestyle change than counting calories.
Remembering it's about sticking to it but if you fall off the wagon that's not the end of the world, just get back on track.
So getting involved in the community to try and improve my chances of success!
