Can't find the motivation to exercise
I can't seem to find the energy or motivation to exercise.

I plan on not eating after 8:00 pm and eating the next day at 1:00 pm or later. This is going to work. I want to lose at least 2lbs or more a week. My name is Sheila. I live in New York. [edited by MFP mods]

HOW DO YOU DISTRACT YOURSELF FROM EATING
I'm just curious and wondering if anyone can give me some ideas on how they distract themselves from eating when they know they're not hungry?

WHILE WATCHING TV
Can anyone tell me or give me any ideas regarding what do they do while trying to relax watching TV, what do you do besides EAT. When watching TV I'm ALWAYS tempted to eat, even when I'm not hungry.

EMOTIONAL EATING
I am in the middle of a Divorce and Everytime I have to deal with my soon to be ex and learning more about his other women, I tend to run straight to food. I have talk to people and that doesn't help. What can I do about EMOTIONAL EATING. HELP!
