I plan on not eating after 8:00 pm and eating the next day at 1:00 pm or later. This is going to work. I want to lose at least 2lbs or more a week. My name is Sheila. I live in New York.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat. Going for a 2 lb per week loss is very aggressive unless you are morbidly obese. You may have better luck at 1 lb per week.
