Well I have went one month dodging the golden arches and today at lunch I caved. I had a fish sandwich and small fry. I logged everything and I still have 450 calories for dinner. Why then do I feel as though I failed myself today?
I have been using MFP for 8 weeks. I am currently down 17 pounds. I enter every bite and exercise with cardio and strength training 5 days a week and pickle ball 3 times a week. I feel great, with the exception of constipation. I eat around 15 fiber and take a supplement to reach the 25 advised. I drink a gallon of water a…
