Tips to reduce lower body fat.
I have a normal BMI, but my future job requires me to be slim, and I need to lose fat from the lower body. It's been 15 days here, and the scale hasn't moved an inch. Any diet and exercise tip is highly appreciated :)

Need friends for some serious motivation
I'm trying to lose around 4kgs, just started a few days ago on MFP. I have tried other weight losing techniques but always end up surrendering after a few weeks, mostly because I can't resist certain food which are not healthy. So here I am, hoping for good. I'd really like some motivation and inspiration from people.
