Suggestions welcome
Hi, I started using the "my fitness pal" app about 3 weeks ago. I have been limiting my caloric intake to 1800 calories a day, and have lost about 5 pounds to date. I am currently 210 lbs, and have set a goal of 170 lbs. I am having: Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey powder mixed with water. 1 banana Lunch: 1 whole wheat…
