Suggestions welcome

Hi,

I started using the "my fitness pal" app about 3 weeks ago. I have been limiting my caloric intake to 1800 calories a day, and have lost about 5 pounds to date. I am currently 210 lbs, and have set a goal of 170 lbs. I am having:

Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey powder mixed with water.

1 banana

Lunch:
1 whole wheat tortilla stuffed with 5 oz of tuna or salmon. (Alternating)

Dinner:
5 oz of boneless/ skinless chicken breast or 5 oz of salmon (baked, with light grape seed oil and cyanne pepper.
5 oz of peas & carrots, 5 oz broccoli.

Snacks:
Protein bar
Sliced red peppers
Orange
2 plain rice cakes with almond butter

This falls in at ~1800 calories a day. Any suggestions to improve diet are welcome
