Losing my motivation
I've been doing really well since I started seriously focusing on losing weight and getting healthier a few months ago. In the last few weeks, however, I've had a really hard time keeping on top of things. Work function with food - how do I track?
I'm attending a work function this afternoon at a local bar. They will be serving appetizers. Does anyone have any advice on how to track this sort of thing? I won't be having any alcohol because I have to drive there, but I'm sure I'll want to nosh a little. Thanks for any suggestions you wise, wonderful people may have!

I've used SparkPeople in the past, but I've decided to give MFP a go since I know others that use it and really like the interface of the app. I recently became a lawyer, and have just started my first job in my new profession. After years of law school and being…
