Incline walk vs running
Anyone switched from running to incline treadmill walks and had weight loss success? I love running but have an injury that’s been flailing up and have heard that a steady incline walk is amazing for fat loss when you’re in a medium effort zone. It’s a TikTok trend but curious if others have experience

Baby weight...again
I had my second child 7 weeks agi and find myself in the weight loss journey again! My first child I gained 60 lbs and lost it all in 7 months thanks to this app and PiYo and running. Now I have about 18 lbs left to go from baby #2 and Im holding myself accountable and trying to lose the weight a bit faster.
