Need help refocusing and getting back on track
I started this lifestyle change in February 2016 and was doing pretty good lost 30+ pounds in 3 months then after that fell off and I have been having such a hard time getting back on track. I don't know what happened ??I think once people started to notice and comment on my lose it went to my head but I'm not even nowhere…

Not seeing results...
Just wondering and im pretty sure it's maybe different for each person, but my question is how many lbs do you have to lose to see results? Im far from my goal weight but i have lost 19lbs n have yet to see where or feel a difference in cloths?? Or is it just too soon to tell and im being impatient?
