okay so i have been eating good for a month now and lost 16 pounds... so this month ima do the 30 day shred with it... anybody who did it or in the process of doing have good results?
Im always low on fiber. What food can has LOW calories but lots of fiber! Also i always stay below my 1260 intake...im talking like 300 to 400 left over just on case the calories i take in is wrong or something...... any opinions?
Do you guys watch and stay within the macros? If not.. then how was your success for weightloss and if so how was yours?
