Back again!
back again to help me get on track!!! I still have about 25 lbs of post pregnancy weight to lose- and baby is now 9 months old! I don't like tracking my food but I know it really works!

Baby weight is coming off! 45 lbs lost so far!!! (15 lbs with effort)
I went from 140 lbs to 210lbs on my recent pregnancy! I came home from the hospital at about 180, and have been breastfeeding round the clock, counting calories, and getting back into exercise- long walks, Tabata videos, strollerfit. I am now at 165. I will feel like myself at 140, but would like to get to 130.…

Good morning! Back on track today!!!
After two very successful weeks of tracking, I ate lots and lots on Friday and Saturday, didn't track, so I am back on track today! And I know everyone else can do it too! Good luck!

Runners- share your run!
I just ran 15.5 km. This is the longest I have run in my life. I stopped a few times for about a minute.

Anyone sugar free?
For the next few weeks (and maybe longer) I am sugar free, including honey, dates, and artificial sweeteners (which I never ate previously). It has been six days so far, and easier than I thought. I am also eating minimal grains/legumes/potatoes, and no white flour or pasta.

Back on this site! Training for a half-marathon - I just ran 15.5 km! I am also trying a sugar free, low carb challenge, so far it is going better than any other time.
