Muscles Gained but body fats remained
I do weight training 3 times and run 2 times a week. I see physical transformation; more muscles and looked lean. However, body fats not coming down. I started with 82kg and 22% body fats. My height is 1.82m. In the last 6 months my weight is moving up or down by 1 kg and body fats by 1% points. Any thoughts on why?
