What are some ways to incorporate more protein in my diet? I don't eat meat.
How do you know if you're lightly active or active? I work out 5 or 6 times a week doing cardio/toning & plan to incorporate some resistance bands work outs twice a week as well.
Does it necessarily matter where your calories come from? Or do I just have to make sure I don't go above the amount of calories I need to lose 2lb a week?
