I'm going to be new to bulking after being on a very long period of dieting. When I start I was considering adding creatine, whey protein, BCAA's and beta-alanine to my diet but any and all suggestions are welcome.

Body fat percentages
Hey guys, so far I've lost 7 stone 3lbs (just under 5 stone on this diet). I want to start bulking and gaining muscle mass however my body fat percentage is higher than I would like it to be at 18%. How beneficial is avoiding dehydration in weight loss?
I've seen studies claiming that drinking water in an excess can boost your metabolic rate by up too 30%. I'm unsure of the validity of these claims, however staying hydrated is obviously beneficial to your health. I was just wondering what your guys opinions were?
