I've substituted eggplant for lasagna noodles, unsweetened applesauce for canola oil in baking receipies, honey instead of sugar where I can, speghetti squash for speghetti and 100 cal flatbread for tortilla when I must have a wrap. What are other substitutes you've used? Add me!
