@cmtristani I work healthcare night shifts and I use melatonin on the mornings I get home and need to work the following night. I'm in the same boat! I do squats and lunges at work, push ups and sit ups at home. I have a gym membership but at least for now I find it easier to just do a quick walk/jog outside when I get up in the afternoon before I eat. You'll figure out what works!
