I’m in my last week of the c25k and the temperatures where I live are finally climbing so my outdoor runs and getting sweatier. I’m noticing the inside of my elbows get very sweaty (from having my arms bent in running posture) and am developing bumps and red lines around the area. Is this a normal heat rash/common runners…
I very rarely meet my daily protein goals. Not a big meat eater...and other than eggs I’m struggling at finding good low calorie options to get my protein. Yogurt and nuts are good, but often quite high in calories and don’t really do anything for me. Looking for some low calorie protein rich food/snack ideas :)
I never thought I'd ever see under 200 pounds...but today I hit it! It was my first major weight goal when I first started...and since it was over 100 pounds away...I didn't think it would ever happen. But when I saw that number on the scale this morning, I couldn't believe it. 133 pounds down...clapping for my damn self…
Today I hit the 100 pounds loss mark. I still can't believe it! I remember the day the flip switched in my brain and I vowed to never see that weight on the scale again. Anyone else remember a moment like that...what was it for you?

So I've been a mfp'er for awhile and I just only discovered this part to it! I've recently upped my fitness regime (in the midst of the c25k running app...run rain or shine!) and have taken quite the affinity to hiking trails almost every day of the week. Looking to stay on this path for a fitter more healthy me :)
