Can't add exercise?
I am trying to add planking and i found it in the drop down menu in the database. but when i search it doesnt pop up and there is no way to add it like you can the food to the list. am i missing something?

Breakfasts that are filling but healthy?
I am looking to have low cal/carb/sodium meals. I am kind of at a loss for breakfast ideas that are filling for hours without being hungry for some time but have a low level of cal,carb,sod. Suggestions?

MYFITNESSPAL sugar tracker????
Okay so I noticed eating an apple and a banana and a handful of strawberries through the day maxes my sugar out completely, but it is healthy sugar. Before changing my diety I never passed it since my issue was sodium levels. I also tend to have low, very low, blood sugar issues (ya medicated for it too). So I am not sure…
