I walk 5 miles on treadmill varying speed 3 mph to 3.7 mph and vary incline from 3-10 most days. In good weather I also do water aerobics for 30 to 45 minutes running, weights, abs treading water. Good morning, Can anyone explain why step calories gained disappear when you add another cardio workout like water aerobics? If the step calories came from walking on treadmill do I add that exercise as well? Thanks!
