Losing weight and stay healthy and fit
My overall goal is to lose 89 lbs. Been watching what I eat for years, cause I had to keep sugar and sodium down. I wanted to lose 25 to 50 lbs, by mid July 2016. Not sure that will work, but I have lost inches already. I'm ready to step it up! I just increased my step count to 8,000 steps and four workout days.
