Losing weight and stay healthy and fit

My overall goal is to lose 89 lbs. Been watching what I eat for years, cause I had to keep sugar and sodium down. I wanted to lose 25 to 50 lbs, by mid July 2016. Not sure that will work, but I have lost inches already. I'm ready to step it up! I just increased my step count to 8,000 steps and four workout days.

You are welcome. Make sure you dink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. I do low carb and work out four days a week and lost 10 pounds in a months time1

You can do it! I've done a semi low carb diet. Mines mostly low carb, low fat, high protein. But I've done 26.5 lbs in 5 weeks0
