Need motivation/ideas
I have hit a stall in my weight loss. I’m about 5 1/2 pounds from my goal weight and I’ve switched up my exercise routine and tried eating a little more and eating less and the pounds and inches aren’t changing. Any advice or something new I can try to start seeing results again????

Trouble staying at or below 1300 calories
I need help/advice on how to stay at 1300 calories each day without feeling like I’m starving!! This is my second go around as a member of MFP. I recently quit smoking after 23 years and I’m trying to keep the weight off and lose around five more pounds. I struggle with food daily because I have a crazy work schedule that is not consistent.

Healthy meal options that don't contain seafood
I've never posted on here before and I was wondering if anyone could give me some healthy meal options that do not include seafood? I have never acquired a taste for seafood of any kind and need some ideas on other options in which I can cut back on red meat and not always go for chicken.
