I'very started stretching, exercising but it feels like there is a lot if pressure in my lower back. What can I do to get rid of that pain & pressure?
I have a bad sweet tooth and I crave sweets. Cutting them out of my diet in the last two weeks is driving me nuts! Is there anything that helps get over the cravings? Please help! :(
