I started the Kayla workout 2 and half months ago and weighted 167 and now I weight 180! I don't skip workouts and I started eating a little bit better and less junk for and I'm gaining weight instead of losing it! Why ?????
How do you know how many calories you actually burned during the exercise? The treadmill for example the calories it says you burned walking for a half hour correct or no? Because many people say the calories on this app when you put in your exercise is not right.
