Hi all, I have a question for all you vegan and vegetarian keto-ers :) I'm consistently under my caloric intake (like 800 Cal's per day rather than 1000-1200), but I'm not hungry at the end of the day... How bad is this? I do have 50lbs to loose so I'm definitely not in the anorexic category... Thanks!
Hi all, I've linked my UP and MFP to track food and steps etc., but even though I've tracked over 10,000 steps, MFP is only counting this as 4 calories burned... Does this make sense? Thanks!
