  • There's lots of keto vegan options under 50 net carbs! Hemp heart, chia seed, and flax "over night oats" in coconut milk Salads with lots of nuts Vega Sport protein powder Soy/Seitan/Tempe options etc :) It might not be the standard bacon and eggs but it's good and nutritionally sound :)

  • Could you do a protein shake at work? I often do a shake just because I find I get too busy to have a real lunch, but want to avoid tummy rumbles when I'm delivering a lecture.

  • I do eggs but no cheese :) So hard boiled egg in the AM Vega Sport protein shake for lunch Tofu/Tempe/Seitan for dinner My veggies have largely included asparagus lately!
