Need an in shap dad body!
I am 37, and need to loose another 69lbs. Wow that sounds like a lot! I lost 12 so far and man it has been an uphill battle. It is easier to run 5 miles than not eat chicken wings and pizza! Day 5! 5 lbs down
So far so good. 266 to 259. Eating low carb and clean. 5 lbs down but prob water weight. So hard! Want to eat so much bad food! Feels like when I was kicking a smoking!

I have 45 min to an hour over my lunch time to work out each day. What is the best over lunch workout to do?

Day 3!
So far I have been much better about eating and exercise. Definitely helps knowing people can see my diet and exercise. Really helps to make sure you are honest in your postings. Defiantly good to have some people follow you and push you.

Goal 185. Starting weight 266. The pizza diet really didn't work. Woke up finally and am getting back to my goal weight of a fit 185. Time for clean eating and exercise.
