Lunchtime fat loss!

I have 45 min to an hour over my lunch time to work out each day. What is the best over lunch workout to do?

    Guess it depends on how sweaty you're willing to get, what equipment you would have available to you etc. Most people would just go for a long fast pace walk. I walk twice a day at work. Once in the morning for about a mile, then I do about 2 miles at lunch. Try to get my 10K steps in so when I get home I can focus on the weight training for that day.

    I'll get in a half hour run, drive to and from the gym, and a shower in in an hour.
