Hello, I been using this for a few days and it's good. Am trying to lose two stone as am a small 5ft and I weigh 12 stone I would like to weigh 10 but I admit I am lazy!. I have changed my diet drastically and have taken up going to the gym. Anyways hello everyone and good luck on your adventures what ever they maybe. .xx
