What is best to loss weight fast cardio or weightlifting
I'm a young female trying to lose weight. I go to the gym about 4/5 times a week but workout Afro at least 30 minuets a day. I do HIIT workouts on the treadmill but in trying to lose weight and I'm not sure if Cardio or weightlifting. I want to lose the weight as fast as possible. What workouts should I do?
