What is best to loss weight fast cardio or weightlifting

I'm a young female trying to lose weight. I go to the gym about 4/5 times a week but workout Afro at least 30 minuets a day. I do HIIT workouts on the treadmill but in trying to lose weight and I'm not sure if Cardio or weightlifting. I want to lose the weight as fast as possible. What workouts should I do?

Yes. Your diet is what will determine whether or not you lose weight. And everybody wants to drop pounds as fast as possible. Better to go into it with the mindset of doing it in a reasonable way that will last.

As the others said, diet is most important. You do burn more calories doing cardio than lifting weights.0
