Sick and tired of notice 'Not eating enough calories'!
I just emailed support because I am so sick and tired of this app not allowing people to eat under 1000 cal. my endocrinologist says it is perfectly fine to eat 1000 cal or even less. There are hundreds if not millions of people that eat them that many calories and are perfectly healthy. I like having the Weight loss…
Here again and disgusted with myself
I was here in '11 and pushed myself and lost the weight (was down to 111 lbs) and was feeling fit. And then of course, I had a life crisis. One after another. Kind of gave up on everything, started eating for comfort (something I had NEVER done) and now weigh 134. The last time I weighed this much I was pregnant, 18 years…
