Well first week in and today the scales show half a pound gain - not much I know but disappointing! Been so good all week but maybe I need to re-jig my food around n have my fish meals more towards weigh-day. Anyways fingers crossed next week shows a better result

Well here I am again but 4 pounds heavier than when I started last time! Got my first summer holiday in 23 years coming up so really need to knuckle down - back to old fashioned calorie counting always worked in the past so here I go again
