Well first week in and today the scales show half a pound gain - not much I know but disappointing! Been so good all week but maybe I need to re-jig my food around n have my fish meals more towards weigh-day. Anyways fingers crossed next week shows a better result

Did you start working out, as well as counting calories? Often when we start a new workout routine, our muscles retain water for healing. It can show up as a gain on the scale, but it's just water weight. I find personally, that if I do a workout and I'm sore the next day, I'm guaranteed to have a gain on the scale. Chin up!1
