Just curious if anyone has done this particular challenge… Run/walk 4 miles Every 4 hours For 48 hours Looking at doing challenge in another month but was curious if anyone had thoughts on it??
Quick question…. When looking at macros on MFP, are carbs and sugars tracked separately? Food instance, today I had 23 carbs and 8 sugars. Are the sugars counted in with the carbs? Did I have 31 carbs/sugars or 23 and 8 respectively?
