Anyone doing the Great Manchester 10k run this Sunday?
I am! very nervous - simply as I want to hit my PB! Pb is currently 1hr 5 and its my 3rd race. I've been low carbing for a month now but tomorrow is going to be my first bit of pasta in weeks! I'm excited just for that¬! xx
