Hi,
I'm low carb - six months and counting...
I'm actually keto so my my fat intake is higher than my protein, but my carbs are usually under 25g NET and my protein is at about 80g.
I exercise 5-6 days a week - I lift and do kickboxing.
I have lost almost 25 lbs.

High carb here and losing.
