Ok, I'm low carbing the moment, is anyone else?

what is your daily carbs and protein intake at the moment VS exercise?

Also, what has been your weight loss?

    High carb here and losing.
    Lots of lentils, barley, quinoa, sweet potatoes, beans, chickpeas, and even oatmeal.
