How do I determine macro goals?
So I am confused about how how many grams of protein, carbs, fat, etc. That I should be aiming for? Can you please help me, I feel like there is so many different philosophies on what to eat... I am 6'1, currently at 260lbs. I am not in a race to get to a goal weight, I just want to eat properly and with a 500-1000 calorie…
