Finally booked to go away !! Even though I've lost 7Ib in a few weeks and goin to the gym 3-4 a week I don't seem to see any change . Has anyone else experienced this !!

Hi all .. The weather here in Wales look sunny and bright and seems as though it's going to get warmer .. Only downfall is that I won't get to enjoy any of it as I'm on duty !!! So all you wonderful people enjoy your weekend x

Impressed with my achievements today at the gym , was on the tread mill when a 16 year old got on the one beside me " What made me more determined was that he is in my daughters school form !! But fair do's I kept up with him 10 mins solid run, in fact I was on it longer !!!! But now I'm hanging .. Ha ha ha ..

That's it I've just spent 8 hours doing meds and finally finished my shift .. Been longing for the time to pass by but now I'm home the only downfall is I'm totally exhausted to enjoy it ..
