Hi, I've been using my S7 to track my steps and I just got back from a walk. In the exercise breakdown it said I burnt 400 calories but then I looked at my overall step counter for the day and it said I had burnt 300. Does anyone know why there is that disparity there? High energy, low calorie foods
I'm currently trying to lose weight and have cut my calories and I find that I'm lacking energy. Anyone have any suggestions for snacks that are high in energy and low in calories? Thanks!
