Healthy ME in 2018
Hello everyone!!! I'm Courtney and I reside in California. I was recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes and I HAVE to drop this weight!!!! I also have a newborn and a toddler so I have to be creative for exercising. Any words of wisdom is appreciated
